Martian Mayhem State of the Game November 2024
Hi! It has been a month since I released update 1.1. I have plenty of new features that I'm excited for everyone to enjoy in the next update of the game. I dont have much news other than update information and I'm rushing to get this post out sorry
Martian Mayhem update news
Update 1.2 adds the following features, and more:
- New biome: Lunar biome
- New bossfight: Moon Warden
- Hardcore mode with exclusive loot, similar to Terraria's expert mode
- Two in-game events: Marquake and Serene Night
- Many new weapons and trinkets!
- Space mini-biome
- Armor stands
- Chests, doors, and signs
- Underground chest loot to promote exploration
- Potions and potion brewing
- Grow crops to make materials for potions
- Revamped crafting menu
- Optimizations
I hope you are excited for the new update. It will likely come out in early 2025. The image I displayed at the beginning of the post shows me creating the chest loot structures that you will find underground. I am about 40% done with this update and I will have even more news to share about it for the next SOTG.
